Minimum producer price of fresh mangos as fixed and announced by TCDA

In accordance with Section 3(f) of the Tree Crops Development Authority (TCDA) Act, 2019 (Act 1010), and Regulation 47(1) of the Tree Crops Regulations, 2023 (L.I. 2471), TCDA, in collaboration with the Federation of Association of Ghanaian Exporters (FAGE), mango actors and stakeholders has announced officially the Minimum Producer Price for fresh mangos for the 2025 major mango season as follows:

  1. the minimum producer price of second-grade mango is
    GHS 4.8242/kg.
  2. It is important to note that an actor with first-grade mangos can negotiate for a premium to this price. The Tree Crops Development Authority(TCDA) is a body established by an Act of Parliament, the Tree Crops Development Authority Act 2019 (Act 1010,2019). TCDA is corporate with perpetual succession to regulate and develop in a sustainable environment; production, processing, and trading of six tree crops: Cashew, Shea, Mango, Coconut, rubber, and oil palm in Ghana.
